Will with his wife of 35 years!
With a background spanning entertainment, education, executive leadership, coaching, and public speaking, Will has dedicated his career to communication, mentorship, and helping others succeed.
A graduate of Syracuse University with a Master's Degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University, Will began his professional journey in Hollywood, where he spent 13 years in the movie theatre industry with Landmark Theatres in Los Angeles. During his tenure, he worked alongside many influential figures in film and exhibition, eventually serving as Vice President of Nationwide Operations & Sales, traveling the country, mentoring, and developing talented young leaders across the organization.
Will and his family later made a life-changing move to Austin, Texas, where he transitioned into education and leadership development. Over the next decade, he worked extensively with students and young adults nationwide — first as a high school teacher specializing in leadership, communications, teen counseling, and student council leadership in Austin, and later traveling across the country as a consultant, program leader, and education coordinator for Envision Experience/Worldstrides.
Most recently, Will served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for EdTech company ECS Learning Systems, where he combined his passion for communication, leadership, storytelling, and growth strategy to help expand educational opportunities and organizational impact.
Since earning his Life Coaching certification through programs affiliated with the International Coaching Federation, Will has continued helping individuals navigate personal growth, leadership development, career transitions, and life challenges through Fox Life Coaching.
While teaching, Will wrote, directed, and produced the feature film Shattered Dreams, a powerful collaboration with students focused on the dangers of drinking and driving. His creative work can be found at WCWCFILMS and his educational leadership website, Leave Your Footprint.
Outside of coaching, Will remains deeply involved in the Austin arts community — working with the Austin Film Festival, performing with the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Austin, and refereeing soccer with U.S. Soccer and TASO. He also enjoys voice-over work and motivational presentations through Fox Voice Talent — and most importantly, being a proud husband, father, and grandfather.
